In your wallet at /tickets, the moment payment clears. Sign in with the phone number you booked with. A copy is also sent by SMS.
No. Show the QR on your phone. A screenshot works too. Turn the brightness up at the gate.
Yes. Open the ticket, tap “Transfer to a friend” and enter their number. The ticket moves to their wallet and your QR stops working.
Events with an age limit require a government photo ID (Aadhaar, DL, passport). Student tiers require a valid college ID.
Each organiser sets their own policy, shown on the event page before you pay. If an event is cancelled, everyone is refunded automatically within 5–7 working days.
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make it, you'll get a refund window and we'll message you.
Rare, but it happens when a bank is slow. Money is auto-refunded within 3 working days if the order didn't complete. Contact us with your order number if you're unsure.
Because surprise fees at the last step are annoying. The price you see on a card is exactly what you pay, with the booking fee and GST included and itemised.
