Organiser policies

Each organiser sets a refund policy, shown on the event page before you pay. Most events are non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled, every buyer is refunded automatically, including the platform fee and GST, within 5 to 7 working days.

Failed payments

If money left your account but no ticket was issued, the bank reverses it automatically within 3 working days. Contact [email protected] with your order number if it takes longer.
