Tickets

Tickets are issued by Venue Access on behalf of the organiser named on each event page. Entry is subject to the organiser's rules shown on the event page (age limit, ID, dress code).

Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of the platform fee and GST on that fee. The amount shown before you pay is the amount charged.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds follow the policy shown on each event page. If an event is cancelled, all buyers are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Conduct

Tickets that are resold above face value, duplicated or tampered with may be cancelled without refund.
